PricingThe-Pilates-Society is a platform connecting students, independent teachers and studio owners for class bookings and space rentals.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is deemed to be yours. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Bookings are confirmed after online or on-site payment depending on the class. Platform fees secure your spot and are non-refundable if you cancel. Only the teacher portion paid online is refunded. If the teacher cancels, you receive a full refund within 5–10 business days. The-Pilates-Society acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of classes provided. Applicable fees and commissions are listed on the Pricing page and at the time of the transaction. The-Pilates-Society may change them at any time; the amounts shown during booking, payment, or confirmation prevail.
You agree to use the platform fairly, respect studios and teachers, and not publish unlawful or defamatory content.
The-Pilates-Society makes every effort to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to proven direct damages.
The-Pilates-Society may offer promo codes tied to a course, with an expiration date. A code reduces either platform fees or the course price, always as a percentage. Terms (target, percent, validity, usage limits) are those shown at booking. Codes cannot be combined with a referral free class. The-Pilates-Society may change, suspend, or withdraw a code at any time.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
