Owner contract

This contract supplements the general terms of use and applies to any user with an owner profile.
Purpose
As an owner, you offer space rentals to teachers through The-Pilates-Society.
Platform exclusivity
You agree not to bypass the platform for rentals initiated or facilitated by The-Pilates-Society. Direct rental to a teacher met through the service to avoid platform fees is prohibited.
Space information
You guarantee the accuracy of published information (address, capacity, amenities, pricing, availability). You are responsible for access and compliance of the rented space.
Payments and rentals
Confirmed rentals through the platform are subject to the displayed payment terms. You agree to honor confirmed slots and rental conditions.
Sanctions
In case of proven bypass or serious breach, The-Pilates-Society may deactivate your spaces and suspend your owner profile.
Governing law
This contract is governed by French law. The general terms remain applicable.
