This contract supplements the general terms of use and applies to any user with a participant profile.
The-Pilates-Society connects participants with independent teachers and studio owners. This contract governs your use as a participant.
You agree to book and pay for classes exclusively through The-Pilates-Society when the connection was initiated by the platform. Direct payment, parallel subscriptions, or any bypass to avoid service fees is prohibited.
Bookings are confirmed according to the terms shown on each class. Platform fees and cancellation rules apply as per the general terms. You agree to honor confirmed bookings or cancel within the stated deadlines.
You agree to behave respectfully toward teachers, owners, and other participants. You are responsible for your health and fitness to practice the booked activity.
The-Pilates-Society offers a referral program. As a referred user, you may get platform fees waived on your first booking. As a referrer, you may receive up to one free class per month when a referred user reaches five paid classes on the platform. Terms are defined by The-Pilates-Society and may evolve.
In case of proven bypass or serious breach, The-Pilates-Society may suspend booking access, terminate your participant account, and take appropriate action.
This contract is governed by French law. The general terms of The-Pilates-Society remain applicable.
When booking, you may enter a promo code valid for that course. Depending on the code, the discount applies to platform fees or the course price. Expired, inactive, exhausted, or inapplicable codes are rejected. Once a booking is confirmed, the applied code follows the pricing shown before payment.
