This contract supplements the general terms of use and applies to any user with a teacher profile.
As an independent teacher, you use The-Pilates-Society to offer classes, manage bookings, and receive payments through the platform.
You agree not to bypass the platform for classes, students, or payments initiated or facilitated by The-Pilates-Society. Direct payment, off-platform subscriptions, or sharing contact details to avoid fees is prohibited.
You guarantee the accuracy of your profile, qualifications, activities, and teaching city. Misleading information may lead to suspension.
You agree to honor published classes, follow cancellation rules, and behave professionally toward participants and space owners.
Under its referral program, The-Pilates-Society may offer an eligible participant up to one free class per month once the people they referred have cumulatively paid for five classes on the platform. Eligibility, allocation, and tracking rules are defined by The-Pilates-Society and may evolve. By accepting this contract, you acknowledge that these bookings may be made through the platform and you agree to welcome these participants with the same quality and professionalism as any other class, according to compensation rules communicated by The-Pilates-Society.
In case of bypass, repeated no-shows, or serious breach, The-Pilates-Society may suspend your teacher profile and block course publishing.
This contract is governed by French law. The general terms remain applicable.
The-Pilates-Society may issue promo codes on courses, including yours. A discount on platform fees does not affect your rate. A discount on the course price reduces the amount due or paid out for that booking (online payout or amount settled off-platform depending on the course payment method). You accept these occasional adjustments decided by the platform.
